airSlate, Inc. and its provider companies ("airSlate," "we," "our") respect intellectual property ("IP").


We adopted this Content Takedown Policy to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and enable reporting of alleged intellectual property infringements or other concerns regarding our content.


Users of our Services must not upload, store, access, display, share, or otherwise disseminate any content that in any manner infringes third-party intellectual property or other rights by using any of our Services. 


Additionally, airSlate makes a good-faith effort to identify repeat infringers, i.e., users who we determined to have infringed the intellectual property or other rights of others two or more times. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and stop providing any Services to such repeat infringers if we determine repeated infringement of others' intellectual property or other rights using our Services.

How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement?

If you believe that any content on the airSlate WorkFlow website infringes your copyright or other rights, please notify us by submitting our DMCA Takedown Request Form, which ensures fulfilling the notice requirements described below.

Before submitting the DMCA Takedown Notice to airSlate, note that under federal law, if you knowingly misrepresent that online material is infringing, you may be subject to civil penalties: monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by us, any copyright owner, or the latter's licensee that is injured as a result of our relying on your misrepresentation. You may also be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury.


Please ensure that your DMCA Takedown Notice satisfies all the applicable requirements listed below so that we can review it properly. Otherwise, we may be unable to consider or proceed with your notice.


Your alleged Copyright Infringement notice must include:

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work infringed;
  • Your contact information (such as your full name, address, email, and phone number);
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content identified in your DMCA notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A certification, under penalty of perjury, that the DMCA notice is accurate, signed (either electronically or physically) by the copyright owner or their legal representative;
  • The uniform resource locator (URL) that indicates where the claimed infringing content is located in our Services.

Your alleged Trademark Infringement notice must include:

  • The uniform resource locator (URL) indicating the location of the allegedly infringing work;
  • Complete information about your trademark (registration number, jurisdiction of registration, trademark owner, etc.);
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone).
